Customer service has been great. There was a delay with delivery with the holdidays but handled very well. Bag has great features but is too small.

Excellent bag for rope access, rigging, tree work, or rock climbing. I do all of the above. The hard hat strap on top is a nice feature and the Velcro seems to be durable.

I use this bag for RA and production rigging. I’m an organization and pocket freak and this provides everything you could need as far as storage options. Customer service rep that helped me chose this model was extremely helpful as well. 10/10 would recommend.
